“I wanted to write and thank you for your band, Los Trovadores. That trio was awesome! I don't know how to express the calm that they commanded over our area through the festivities. SummerDaze is set up like a fair, wtih booths all lined up along streets in the downtown. There are competeing sound stages and all the people make a lot of noise. Los Trovadores were under a 10 x 10 tent next to ours and they played their soft serenades in a way that created something of a "sound shield" around our tents so that all of us, including the tents nearby, agreed that we found ourselves relaxing and mellowing nicely over the next several hours. We had food donated from Mexican restaurants in the area and people munching, talking, listening were very comfortable, I think. They were a great find.
We paid for two hours, but at the end they said they were enjoying themselves and decided to stay for three, which was a huge blessing.”
